Perfect for Downsizers/Over Fifties, as you can only purchase homes with your own funds. Owner occupiers only, meaning Home Owners cannot sublet homes to relatives’ friends or any other third party.

You own the home, not the land but you keep all Capital Gains whenever you sell the home.

No Exit fees, Deferred Management Fees or Stamp Duty are charged.

All Home owners sign a site agreement upon purchase and a weekly site fee is charged.

Utilities are separately metered – Water, Gas & Power are billed by village reception to the homeowner on a 4 weekly basis.

Eligible Home owners may be able to claim for Rent Assistance on Site Fees.
